Make a Deposit

You may make your deposit of $206 for any trip from this page. Spaces are limited on each trip by lodging and transportation. Your space is not reserved until you have completed the Team Application, made your Deposit, and received a Confirmation from Power of a Nickel.

Cancellation Policies (unless other requirements noted on specific trip)

The deposit is non-refundable. It is transferable but it is the responsibility of the applicant to manage all transfers of money.

Final payment for the trip is due 60 days prior to trip start date.
59-30 days prior to departure, 50% refund
29-0 days prior to departure, no refund

You are encouraged to obtain cancellation insurance. Unplanned events are sometimes unavoidable. A variety of travel insurance plans can be found at Squaremouth.
